    Arrived With Us: June 2025

  • Azalea was found living on a rural road, in poor physical condition, and scavenging for food with her littermates, who have all since been adopted.

Since coming to us, we’ve learned this beautiful, medium-high energy girl loves play of any kind but her faves seem to be fetch and water play. She rides well in a car and would be an excellent hiking or jogging buddy. Azalea is such a loving girl that she has yet to meet a stranger.

Azalea will do well in any home as she is potty trained, crate trained, and calm in an environment where she feels safe. Her loose leash walking is being worked on while on walks with our volunteers.

Azalea is dog selective and seems to do best with  low-key males. A meet and greet will be required for anyone with other dogs currently in the home.

Azalea has been with us since June and is struggling in the shelter environment. If you think she sounds like your kinda girl she would love to spend time with you whether you foster for any length of time or adopt.
