Jack is one of our medical cases that is finally reaching the point of moving into a foster or forever home. You may remember seeing Jack abandoned on the side of the road with eye ulcers so he couldn't see, covered in mange, and alone. A Good Samaritan got Jack to the vet and was able to get him to us for safety. Jack is such a sweet boy. Being indoors was a huge adjustment for him so we had to move slow, but he has definitely decided he likes being a kitchen manager at the rescue. Jack is so affectionate and loves to receive attention now that he knows what love feels like. His eyes have cleared up so much and we are so happy to see him feeling better and enjoying doggy things like Kongs, soft blankets & beds, and treats. We would love to find a foster for Jack to get him acquainted to domestic life. If you would be in interested in helping teach Jack the ways of a home please apply to be a foster on our website. If he tugs at your heart and you're interested in adopting, we have an application for that too! Jack is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.
