Layla initially came to us in July 2025, when she was about 5 months old, because her owner experienced a devastating injury that left them unable to walk and without the support needed to properly take care of a puppy. She was adopted in August of 2025 but has returned due to ongoing tension between her and the other dogs in the home. There have been no fights, just tension, and the family has worked for months with a trainer at Such A Good Dog.
Layla is a beautiful girl who is house trained, potty trained, crate trained, walks well on leash, rides nicely in the car, and has been around cats! After speaking at length with adoptive family, we believe it would be best that she be in a home with only male dogs. Layla is kid friendly, however, she is still a puppy and could knock smaller children down by accident.
Layla is a sweet, affectionate girl who loves to be with her person or people and just needs the right family to take a chance on her!
