Monty was surrendered from an unfortunate situation and brought to us.
Monty is a handsome little guy who is believed to be a herding dog mix. He is house trained and crate trained and enjoys walks with our volunteers.
Monty has displayed some typical herding behaviors and we have learned he is fearful of children and dogs. It is because of this that we believe he would do best with someone who is familiar with herding breeds, does not have children under the age of 11 years old, and either has a very friendly dog already in the home or no other dogs.
Monty is full of life and puppy energy. He loves to play with our volunteers and is looking forward to finding his forever!
