Oscar and his brother, Oliver, came to us completely emaciated and terrified.
Just weeks later, Oscar has a lovely little pudgy puppy belly and has shown himself to be more extroverted than his brother. He enjoys a good snuggle-fest with our volunteers between playing with toys and other puppies at the rescue!
