Rue was found chained outdoors and we also learned that she is heartworm positive and had a colon stricture and a bullet lodged in her back leg requiring surgery.
Rue has pulled through her surgery and we are all cautiously optimistic about her future! We have learned that she is dog friendly and she had a gentle, affectionate temperament and loves to snuggle!
