Mirabel has the BEST SMILE! Seriously! Look at her little, baby face!
That smile is a beautiful sight considering how she came to be with us: Mirabel was paralyzed (the vet believes she was shot based on bullet fragments discovered on her x-rays around her spine) and likely dumped because of it and she managed to drag herself to someone’s home for help. We were advised that euthanasia may be best for her but the vet did tell us that she isn’t experiencing any pain and with her obvious will to live, we couldn’t do that.
Mirabel was smiling from day one with us and somehow her smile became even more magical when she was fitted with her own wheels! Now, she’s gonna roll right over this world and make it hers! Like a typical puppy, she loves to play with other puppies and dogs and is mastering playing tug.
