Oliver and his brother, Oscar, came to us completely emaciated and terrified.
Just weeks later, Oliver has a lovely little pudgy puppy belly and has shown himself to be more timid than his brother. He has been enjoying playing with toys, other puppies at the rescue, and being loved on by our volunteers.
